Tire and Lube Technician

Are you a car enthusiast with a knack for mechanical diagnosis and repair? Do you love getting your hands dirty and helping customers get back on the road safely? If so, Express Employment has the perfect job for you in Northern MN! 

This is a Monday - Friday position with dayshift hours and starting wage at $18.00-$20.00+/hour, based on skills and experience.

What You Will Do:

• Perform oil changes, fluid replacements, and tire services such as patches and installations.
• Provide top-notch service quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed service reports and recommending the next service date.
• Build trust and long-lasting relationships with customers through quality work.

What We Look For:

• Mechanical Skills - A natural aptitude for diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
• Experience - Proven experience in vehicle servicing.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and criminal background check.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read complex manuals, relay information in reports, and basic computer skills.
