Key Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in maximizing dealership profitability through effective upselling and contract management while providing exception service to customers.

• Manage the entire F&I process, including loan approval, credit analysis and contract preparation  .

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, and operations) to align contract terms with operational and compliance objectives.

• Provide presentation to customers of financing options, extended warranties and insurance products

• Support internal and external audits by ensuring full contract documentation and compliance.

• Negotiate with lenders and customers on loan terms.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience in Automotive or Powersports dealership finance and/or sales roles

• 2+ years in Finance & Insurance preferred

• Solid knowledge of dealership operations, sales, upselling, and negotiation techniques with previous success within.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment.
