We are currently seeking a Line Cook in the College Station area. Workdays rotate, including weekdays and weekends as scheduled.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and standards
Ensure proper food handling and cooking temperatures, especially for meats
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with kitchen cleanup and closing duties
Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Requirements

Minimum of 1+ year of kitchen or line cook experience
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper cooking temperatures
Ability to work rotating days
Team-oriented with the ability to follow instructions
