We are currently seeking Processor/Cooker for companies in the Madisonville areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare slurry mixtures and monitor Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) systems (where applicable)
  • Follow cooking protocols to ensure consistent moisture and quality
  • Monitor steam, hot water systems, valves, and bellows
  • Record and maintain daily cook logs and reports
  • Process and track grain QA samples
  • Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards immediately

Requirements:

  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in a production environment
  • Strong attention to detail
