Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and cross-train on a variety of machines (training provided)
• Operate multiple machines and assist other stations as needed
• Help identify production floor challenges and support solution implementation
• Perform basic machine setup and routine preventative maintenance
• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and stage materials (experience required)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area daily
• Contribute to a fast-paced, team-driven production environment through collaboration to optimize workflow and productivity

Requirements

• Forklift operation experience
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals)
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in operating machinery
• Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to support continuous improvement
• Ability to lift and move items as required for production tasks
