Job Title: Optical Assembly Technician I

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Optical Assembly Technician I to support optical manufacturing operations in a clean room environment. This role focuses on part cleaning, inspection, measurement, and basic assembly to ensure components meet quality standards.

 

Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare optical and mechanical components
• Perform basic measurements and inspections using standard tools
• Assemble components using fixtures, adhesives, and fasteners
• Document inspection results and identify nonconforming materials
• Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and clean room protocols
• Maintain organized workspace and support team production goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or inspection preferred
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic measurement equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Experience in clean room or precision manufacturing is a plus
