Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Temporary driven Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist who enjoys problem-solving, building professional relationships, and taking ownership of open accounts.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor accounts for non-payment and manage aged receivables
• Make 30+ outbound calls daily regarding outstanding balances
• Work directly with customers to resolve billing questions and disputes
• Create and maintain aging reports for assigned franchise locations
• Participate in conference calls with franchise owners to review receivables and develop collection strategies
• Support other departments during high-volume (“catastrophe”) periods as needed
• Follow established policies while helping improve customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections preferred
• Strong communication skills (comfortable handling difficult conversations)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to learn new systems (NetSuite experience a plus, not required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
• Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
• Professional, solution-oriented mindset

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in the restoration or insurance industry
• Prior work with franchise or multi-location businesses

Training & Work Structure

• 2 weeks paid on-site training in Kennesaw, GA (30144)
• Remote work available after training completion
• Full-time schedule (40 hours/week)
