A local Mattoon company is searching for a 2nd shift CSR who will have core responsibilities in warehousing and logistics. Our fun and high-energy work environment allows the CSR to be the first step in helping customers. This position receives inbound calls, and at times, will make outbound follow-up client calls. Employees that work here say they enjoy how as a team we document calls and submit orders creating an informed customer service team. This role works independently with custom company software, the ability to type 30+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential. This innovative company is moving fast and often promotes from within. Some seasonal overtime hours are offered. Our CSR is vital to our success.

What we look for:

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
• Six months or more experience in retail or customer service setting
• Type 30+ words per minute
