Packing Associate

Salary: $18.00/hr.

 

We have been asked by a client in Noblesville, IN to help them find a Packing Associate. In this role you will package finished products, support production efficiency, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

 

Pay, Hours, and Benefits

• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Type: Contract-to-hire (with permanent hire opportunity based on performance and fit)
• Benefits while on contract: Health, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, earned holiday pay

What will you do as a Packing Associate?

• Packaging large glass fish aquariums up to 300 gallons by putting them on pallets for shipping
• Notify the Plant Manager or Production Assistant of any quality issues
• Follow standard work instructions and safe work habits to ensure production efficiency and safety
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Perform other tasks as assigned

What qualifications will you have as a Packing Associate?

• Prior shipping and packaging experience
• Strong assembly/kitting skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for at least 8 hours
• Ability to frequently lift 35 lbs
• Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
