What You’ll Do

• Prepare and process financial and client paperwork
• Maintain spreadsheets, CRM (Redtail), and basic financial records
• Assist clients with DocuSign, online access, and service requests
• Greet clients, answer phones, and support daily office operations
• Coordinate with the Syracuse team and outside vendors
• Pitch in where needed—your attention to detail will matter

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail & comfort with numbers
• Familiarity with basic accounting or financial terminology
• Associate’s degree + 2 years office experience or 5+ years office experience
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, OneDrive)
• Professional demeanor and clear communication skills
• Ability to pass background check, fingerprinting, and bonding

Schedule

• 20–25 hours/week 
• Daytime Hours
