About the Job

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a Nonprofit organization located in Olympia, WA, to fill a Temporary Contracts & Finance Manager role. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make a difference with a small local organization and have flexibility with their hours. This role is a contract position that is expected to last anywhere from 1-3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grant management, invoicing and distributing funds
• Payroll
• Monthly reports
• Accounts payable/receivable
• Budgeting

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 3-5 years accounting experience within a nonprofit organization
• Experience with Grant management, distribution and documentation
• Experience with Aplos is a plus but not required
• Excel experience at intermediate level is required
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
