• Respond to customer inquiries regarding medical devices
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
• Document customer interactions and feedback
• Use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiently

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working with medical devices and technology
• Minimum 2-3 years of customer service, call center or technical support service experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Local candidates preferred
