Machine Operator – Manufacturing (2nd & 3rd Shift)

About the Role

As a Machine Operator, you’ll run and monitor production equipment, ensure product quality, and keep the manufacturing process moving efficiently. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment where safety, accuracy, and reliability matter every shift.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor automated and semi‑automated production machinery Set up, adjust, and maintain equipment for optimal performance Follow SOPs to ensure consistent product quality and output Perform quality checks (measurements, inspections, documentation) Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues Perform basic maintenance and follow lockout/tagout procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Accurately complete production logs and shift reports Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs Support additional production tasks as needed

What You Need

2–4+ years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, or Line Operator Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift, plus overtime or weekends when needed Ability to stand, walk, bend, and use tools for 8–10 hour shifts Strong communication and teamwork skills
