We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll help keep our facilities and equipment in top condition by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and handling repairs. The right candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment, machinery, and building systems
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general maintenance issues
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and supply inventory
Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for specialized repairs
Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and compliance standards
Recommend improvements to equipment, processes, or maintenance practices to increase efficiency and reduce costs
High school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade certifications a plus)
Prior experience in facility, equipment, or building maintenance
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair practices
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Physically able to lift, climb, bend, and work in various environments
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices
