Summary

We are urgently in need of a Customer Service Representative with experience supporting machine shop operations, managing orders, coordinating with production, and providing clear, timely communication to customers in a fast‑paced, technical environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain open order reports, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
• Schedule and coordinate customer meetings and provide timely updates on order status
• Verify customer drawings
• Input purchase orders into the company’s system with a high level of detail and accuracy
• Assist with general data entry, record maintenance, and administrative support
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to support smooth operational processes
  
  

Qualification

• 1-3 years customer service representative experience
• Strong communication and computer skills, excel
• Attention to details
