Schedule: Monday-Friday, hours can be flexible. We are open from 8 AM-5 PM.

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and creative Front Office Coordinator / Social Media Marketing Intern to support our team throughout the summer. This role offers hands‑on experience in office operations, customer service, and social media marketing.

What You’ll Do

Front Office & Administrative Support

  • Greet guests and candidates, check them in, and provide a welcoming first impression
  • Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments
  • Check and distribute mail
  • Create requisition/order sheets for the team
  • Process and audit onboarding and new‑hire paperwork for accuracy and completion
  • Assist with general administrative and office support tasks as needed
  • Support with coordination, planning and set-up of our annual golf tournament

Social Media & Marketing Support

  • Create and schedule social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Assist with writing captions and promoting job openings, events, and office updates
  • Create fun, engaging videos and short‑form content
  • Help maintain a consistent and professional online presence for our office
