Pay: $20 – $25 per hour BOE

Schedule: 25–30 hours per week

• Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
• Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
• Two Fridays per month (during school year): 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join a professional dental team in Wilmette. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is organized, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting the dentist during examinations and procedures
• Preparing and sterilizing instruments and treatment areas
• Taking and processing dental X-rays (if applicable)
• Providing patient support and ensuring comfort during visits
• Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Supporting front office and back-office operations as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Dental Assistant (1 Year)
• No certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a clinical, patient-focused environment
• Familiarity with dental tools and sterilization protocols is a plus
