Job Title: Certified Welder

We are currently seeking experienced, certified welders who are well-rounded in all welding processes, positions, and materials. Candidates must be highly skilled and capable of performing in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding using multiple processes including TIG, MIG, Stick, Flux-Core, and Dual Shield
• Work with a variety of materials in all positions
• Perform gouging as required
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures
• Assist with general fabrication and shop duties as needed

Preferred Skills:

• Brazing experience is a plus and will be compensated at a higher rate
  (Pay increases available upon demonstrated proficiency in brazing)

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of welding experience
• Certified in multiple welding procedures and positions
• Must have experience with gouging
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
• Able to stand for 8+ hours per day
• Self-motivated and a team player
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Must pass a weld test prior to employment

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• Occasional weekends required
• Overtime available
