Job Title: Warehouse Dispatcher (Logistics & Delivery Coordination)
Location: South Phoenix, AZ - Onsite
Job Type: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Dispatcher to coordinate daily delivery operations. This role is responsible for routing drivers, managing delivery schedules, and ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and can make quick, effective decisions under pressure and can check QuickBooks for Inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch daily delivery routes for drivers
• Monitor delivery progress and adjust routes as needed
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers regarding delivery status
• Ensure trucks are loaded correctly and depart on schedule
• Track deliveries and maintain accurate records in dispatch/logistics systems
• Resolve delivery issues such as delays, missed stops, or incorrect orders
• Verify proper handling of temperature-sensitive products (frozen/refrigerated)
• Support warehouse operations as needed to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching, logistics, or warehouse coordination experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with routing, dispatch, or warehouse management systems is a plus
• Familiarity with food distribution or temperature-controlled logistics is a strong advantage
