Key Responsibilities

The Dispatcher Role will act as the first point of contact interfacing with our clients through answering phones, entering and

updating service tickets, scheduling service appointments, and administering our client tracking systems and routing calls to our in-

house service delivery personnel. This role will be responsible for working with the technical staff and clients to dispatch technical

support requests based on priority and age to ensure that the technical support ticketing process runs smoothly and efficiently and

maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• 2 Years experience Dispatching (Information Technology or related field preferred)
• Valid Drivers’ license and insurance
• MS Products
