Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist (AP/AR)
 Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

Pays: $20-$23/HR. 

 

Key Requirement:
Regular, consistent attendance is essential to the success of this position.

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized AP/AR professional to support our growing team. This role is critical in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily operations across multiple departments.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process incoming sales orders for Service Team, NW Manure Division, and Install Team
• Process daily install timecards
• Manage inventory reserve and fulfillment
• Send daily invoice emails as needed
• Add freight charges to sales orders (regular and project accounts)
• Assist with project-related tasks
• Prepare and send end-of-month statements (Attendance is Mandatory During End of Month Reports)

Qualifications:

• Accounting background with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks
