Make Ready / Groundskeeper - Baton Rouge

FULL-TIME/LONG-TERM/EVALUATION HIRE

$16/Hr.

Monday – Friday 8 AM– 5 PM

 

 

Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently seeking a Make Ready / Groundskeeper for a local apartment complex in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. 

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for Make Ready / Groundskeeper: 

• Picking up trash around the complex.
• throwing trash away.
• Cleaning up apartments and getting them ready for new tenants
• pressure washing
• Painting and patching walls
• General repair, change out plumbing and light fixtures

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Prior experience in apartment making ready is required. 
• Must have experience with painting, patching walls, and general residential maintenance. 
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, and work indoors and outdoors.
