Receptionist

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate adapts quickly, provides excellent customer service, and stays organized while managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. This role requires strong computer skills, effective time management, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-site)


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Manage the front desk and maintain a welcoming office environment
  • Assist employees and visitors with general questions or requests
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks as needed
  • Manage multiple tasks while remaining organized and efficient
  • Handle high‑volume calls or walk‑ins during busy periods

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new systems and processes
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Previous receptionist or front‑desk experience
