QC Inspector - 2nd Shift

Will inform the line leader if weights, torques, and pack outs are correct. • Inspect weights throughout the shift at a minimum of once every hour. If the weights are out of spec, call the mechanic and inform the line leader. • Inspect the shift hopper temperature a minimum of once an hour. If it is out of spec, call a mechanic and inform the line leader. • The inspector is to inspect the torques of every capper once an hour. a. If torques are not within spec, inform line leader b. Do not leave until line leader corrects problem. • Aesthetics of the line are to be inspected. This will include label placement, dirt on containers, grease on bottom, etc. a. Any problems inform the line leader and call your supervisor. • Employee is responsible for pulling samples from beginning, middle and end of the production day lot code and 1 sample for ET Browne. • If finished goods are acceptable, quality control will place a green approval sticker on the pallet within 5 minutes of production ticket.
