We are URGENTLY HIRING for a Trainer for a local company in Poplar Bluff, MO!

🎯 What You’ll Do
• Deliver engaging, instructor-led training sessions on end-to-end RCM processes (Prior Authorization, Insurance Verification, Denial Management & more)
• Develop and update training materials including SOPs, manuals, presentations, and job aids
• Identify skill gaps and partner with leadership to design targeted training programs
• Adapt training methods to fit different learning styles using hands-on exercises, role plays, and assessments
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement
• Participate in call calibration sessions to maintain quality and consistency
• Ensure all training aligns with HIPAA, U.S. healthcare regulations, and client requirements
• Stay updated on industry trends, payer guidelines, and regulatory changes

💼 What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience as a Trainer in Provider Revenue Cycle Management
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to simplify complex RCM concepts into effective training
• Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
• Willingness to complete internal trainer certification (including call & quality evaluations)
