Pantry Driver

Located in Sanford, NC

Responsible for the food pantry donation pickups and setting up for the Breakfast feeding program and other feeding programs as needed. Helps maintain a consistent state of cleanliness and organization of the food pantry, keeping accurate donation inventory and maintaining company vehicle. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Picks up food and other donations from various vendors
• Assists with food programs such as Breakfast, food pantry, and pop-up feeding events
• Weighs all food pickups and record data to logs
• Fuels vehicle in accordance with state gasoline regulations 

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to meet attendance requirements
• Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language
• Ability to drive and obey traffic laws
• Ability to perform strenuous, heavy work involving the lifting and carrying of heavy objects. 
• Combination of sitting, standing, lifting and walking frequently 
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
