Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer for a local company in the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with HVAC or sheet metal experience who enjoys working on job sites and seeing projects come together.

What You’ll Do:

• Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and related components at job sites
• Read blueprints and follow specifications to ensure proper installation
• Use hand and power tools to complete installations efficiently and safely
• Assist with loading materials and setting up job sites
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and job site procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous HVAC installation or sheet metal experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on job sites
