Customer Service Representative | Mon - Fri | 8:00AM – 5:00PM | $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

 

This company is a wholesale distributor of premium grade flooring, shower, and kitchen materials such as stone, marble, granite, and ceramic to homebuilders and retailers in Illinois and surrounding states.

 

Qualifications for Customer Service Representative 

• 2-3 years of office clerical experience
• Telephone customer service experience is plus
• Inside sales in a construction industry would also be a plus
• Data entry and typing accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

 

Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative 

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Provide professional and personable customer service
• Enter new orders into the system
• Respond to customer order status requests
• Generate proposals for homebuilder and retail customers
• Communicate shipping and delivery schedules
• Track inventory
