We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for a General Laborer position at a local plant nursery in McMinnville, TN. This role involves hands-on work repotting smaller plants into larger containers and assisting with general nursery operations. If you enjoy working outdoors and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, this is a great opportunity!

 

Responsibilities:

• Repot small plants into larger pots
• Handle and work with soil, dirt, and plant materials
• Water plants as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with general nursery tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to work in an outdoor environment in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable working with dirt and potting soil
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• No prior experience required – training provided
