Key Responsibilities:

• Shipping & Receiving: Assist the staff with loading/unloading support, sorting, labeling, and preparing shipments; ensure compliance with carrier and customer requirements.
• Tracking & Data: Update shipment statuses, track ETAs, manage data entry for orders, invoices, and inventory records.
• Communication: Coordinate with drivers, carriers, suppliers, and customers; handle inquiries and notify of delays.
• Inventory: Assis with cycle counting process and help solve discrepancies and errors.

• Documentation: Prepare documentation, reports, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Problem Solving: Resolve shipping issues, handle complaints, and escalate complex problems
