Outside Sales Representative – Equipment Rental (Direct Hire)

Looking for a high-earning sales career with strong growth potential? This is a direct hire opportunity with a leading equipment rental company offering a competitive base, uncapped earning potential, and a clear path to six-figure income.

Location: Belton, TX

Compensation & Earnings:

• $36,000 base salary + 3% commission
• $3,000 guaranteed pay draw for the first 6 months
• Mileage reimbursement
• Potential earnings: ~$80K in Year 1, $100K–$150K+ in Year 2 and beyond

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and growing territory revenue. You’ll take ownership of the full customer experience—from prospecting and equipment selection to pricing, delivery, and follow-through—ensuring every customer receives exceptional service that drives repeat business and referrals.

This is a hands-on, field-focused sales role where you’ll actively grow business, solve customer challenges, and help maximize rental revenue. When not in the field, you’ll support inside sales operations to keep customers moving and satisfied.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive new business through prospecting and relationship building
• Recommend equipment solutions and close rental sales confidently
• Own the customer journey from start to finish
• Generate referrals and repeat business through excellent service
• Support equipment delivery/pickup when needed
• Assist with collections and account support
• Help cover inside sales counter as needed
