Landscape Maintenance Worker (City Position)
Pay: $15–$18 per hour

The City is currently hiring Landscape Maintenance Workers to assist in maintaining public grounds, parks, and city properties. This position requires prior landscaping experience and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine landscaping tasks including mowing, edging, and weeding
• Operate leaf blowers and other handheld landscaping equipment
• Trim and maintain hedges, shrubs, and small trees
• Maintain cleanliness of parks, sidewalks, and public green spaces
• Assist with seasonal clean-up and general grounds maintenance
• Follow safety procedures and city maintenance standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance required
• Experience using weed trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Must be able to work independently and with a team

Work Environment:
Outdoor work in parks, roadsides, and city-maintained properties. Physical labor required.
