Landscape Maintenance Worker 
Pay: $15–$18 per hour

Express is currently hiring Landscape Maintenance Workers to assist in maintaining properties. This position requires prior landscaping experience and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine landscaping tasks including mowing, edging, and weeding
• Operate leaf blowers and other handheld landscaping equipment
• Trim and maintain hedges, shrubs, and small trees
• Assist with seasonal clean-up and general grounds maintenance
• Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance required
• Experience using weed trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Must be able to work independently and with a team
