Pay: $52,000 base salary + commission

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and develop new residential and/or commercial HVAC sales opportunities
  • Conduct customer consultations to assess needs and recommend solutions
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and maintain accurate CRM documentation
  • Build strong customer relationships and coordinate with installation teams
  • Represent the company professionally while driving long‑term customer satisfaction
