Position: Line Inspector (Powder Coating)

Job Summary:

• Inspect parts as they move through and come off the powder coating line
• Identify defects in coating, finish, and overall product quality
• Ensure products meet internal and customer quality standards
• Communicate quality concerns with production team members
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Work on your feet in an industrial, fast-paced production environment

Evaluation to Hire

Schedule:

• 5:45am – 3:45pm
• 6:45am – 4:45pm
• 7:45am – 5:45pm

Monday–Thursday: 10-hour shifts
Friday: 8-hour shift (ends 2 hours earlier than start time)

Pay:

• $24.00/hr while on contract
• $25.00–$27.00/hr upon full-time hire

---

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
• Comfortable working in a powder coating / spray coating environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Reliable with strong attendance and work ethic

Dress Code:

• Work boots required (steel toe not required)
• T-shirts allowed (no tank tops or cut-offs)
• Must be comfortable in a production environment
