Lead Supervisor CNC Machining

Located in Mequon, WI

Salary: $80-100K DOE

Mequon Manufacturing company looking for CNC Supervisor/Lead!

 

Key duties and responsibilities may include:

• Supervise daily shop floor operations for CNC mills (including Vertica), Haas
  machines, CNC centers, lathes, and saws.
• Assign work, set priorities, and balance workloads across machine operators to
  meet production schedules.
• Train, coach, and evaluate machine operators; conduct performance reviews and
  recommend personnel actions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient reading/interpreting blueprints, GD&T, and basic metrology (calipers,
  micrometers, CMM familiarity a plus).
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and CNC programming basics (G-code
  knowledge).
• Strong troubleshooting skills for machining processes and tooling issues.

Job Specifications:

• Pay Range: $80-100K - DOE
• Shift(s): 1st shift
• Hours: 5am-1:30pm
