Position Overview

This role is responsible for assisting customers with parts purchases in person, over the phone, and electronically, while ensuring efficient and accurate order processing.

Essential Duties

• Assist customers with parts inquiries and purchases in person, by phone, and via email
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Recommend additional or related parts to meet customer needs
• Perform outbound calls to support assigned accounts and drive sales
• Pull, prepare, and fulfill parts orders from inventory
• Manage multiple customer requests while maintaining a high level of service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Skills and Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of experience in parts sales or related industry experience
• Automotive or equipment industry experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent required
