Salary: $15/hr - $17/hr

Position Overview

This role is responsible for developing new business, maintaining existing customer relationships, and supporting parts and service sales growth within an assigned territory.

Essential Duties

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while prospecting for new accounts
• Conduct regular in-person sales visits and generate new business opportunities
• Promote parts and service solutions to meet customer needs
• Coordinate orders, delivery timelines, and customer requests with internal teams
• Follow up on orders and customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and account updates
• Represent the organization professionally within the assigned territory

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in outside sales, parts sales, or related industry experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
