Job Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Shipping & Receiving Manager / Warehouse Lead to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Kenilworth, NJ. This is not a desk job—you’ll be actively working on the warehouse floor, handling product, preparing shipments, and ensuring accuracy in all shipping and receiving operations.

If you have experience with Bills of Lading (BOL), UPS, FedEx shipping, order fulfillment, and inventory control, this is a great opportunity to grow with a stable company.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) for outbound shipments

• Prepare and manage shipments via UPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers

• Perform order picking, packing, and staging for shipment

• Read and verify orders, product specs, and certifications

• Handle receiving, unloading trucks, and inbound inspection

• Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization

• Track shipments and maintain shipping documentation

• Assist with cycle counts, inventory control, and stock management

• Support overall warehouse operations and logistics coordination

Requirements

• 2+ years of shipping and receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience

• Experience with Bills of Lading, UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager (or similar)

• Background in order fulfillment, inventory management, and material handling

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Basic computer skills (ERP/WMS systems a plus)

• Reliable, team-oriented, and hands-on

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift

• Comfortable with manual labor, warehouse work, and material handling

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods

Schedule

Monday – Friday
(Overtime available)
