Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining industrial machinery, primarily those driven by PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), with a focus on troubleshooting, not programming. If you have a solid understanding of PLC language, industrial automation systems, and are open to learning and growing in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machines, primarily PLC-driven with hydraulic components (no pneumatics involved).

• Work with PLC systems to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.

• Maintain and ensure the efficient operation of machines and equipment.

• Collaborate with team members and management to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

• Learn and grow within a structured environment, with opportunities for skill development.

Qualifications:

• Experience in troubleshooting PLCs is required.

• Solid experience handling and maintaining industrial machines and automation systems.

• No prior hydraulic or schematic knowledge is required, though any experience is a plus.

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

• A positive attitude and an eagerness to develop skills as part of a growing team.

• No need to program PLCs, but a basic understanding of their operation is necessary.

Compensation:

• Starting at $28-$30 per hour, based on experience.

• There may be flexibility to offer a higher rate based on your experience and expertise, with potential for growth in compensation.
