Position Summary:
A skilled Maintenance Technician is needed to support automation systems, facilities, and equipment reliability in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves real-time troubleshooting, implementation of system upgrades, and oversight of facility-related services.


Key Responsibilities:
Automation & Equipment Maintenance:
Support installation and integration of mechanical/electrical upgrades, automation systems, and precision manufacturing equipment.
Perform routine and reactive maintenance on robotics, conveyors, and other automated systems.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure minimal downtime.
Collaborate with external vendors and equipment suppliers for advanced troubleshooting and support.
Facility Maintenance & General Duties:
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and infrastructure remain in working order.
Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, using hand and power tools as needed.
Coordinate service providers for HVAC, safety inspections, cleaning, and general building maintenance.
Respond to urgent maintenance calls during 2nd shift and occasional weekend operations.
Support equipment installations, relocations, and configuration changes.
Maintain compliance with safety protocols, including Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
Accurately track maintenance activities, including service logs, part usage, and repairs completed.
Promote and follow safety procedures and participate in ongoing safety initiatives.
Perform other maintenance and operations support duties as assigned.


Requirements & Qualifications:
5–7 years of experience in maintenance and industrial automation roles.
Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC systems and basic troubleshooting.
Basic computer proficiency for managing work orders, part inventory, and email communication.
Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance principles.
Ability to operate forklifts (sit-down or stand-up) or willingness to obtain certification.
Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and self-directed work ethic.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Requires regular use of hands, arms, and tools, and frequent movement (standing, walking, bending, lifting).
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Work may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts and occasional loud noise.
