Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Preparation: Clean, inspect, and perform basic repairs on marine and rental equipment to ensure it meets quality standards.

• Maintenance & Painting: Use pressure washers to clean equipment and apply industrial paint using both sprayers and rollers.

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and a variety of power tools, including saws, hammers, and impact drivers.

• Logistics Support: Load and unload equipment from trucks, and stage outgoing orders for efficient delivery.

• Yard Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized equipment yard and wash pad facility.

• Communication: Provide routine updates to the Supervisor regarding progress, equipment issues, or safety concerns.

Requirements

• Safety Mindset: Strict adherence to the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe operation of all machinery.

• Forklift Experience: Proficiency in operating forklift equipment safely and efficiently.

• Technical Aptitude: Comfort using various power tools and motorized equipment.

• Physical Ability: Capability to handle the physical demands of loading/unloading equipment and working in an active yard environment.

• Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve daily goals.
