Job Overview

• Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

• Location: Harahan, LA (Traveling to various job sites)

• Sector: Residential and Light Commercial

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Service: Lead the installation and servicing of HVAC units for residential and light commercial projects.

• Project Oversight: Manage job sites efficiently, ensuring all mechanical and electrical components are functioning to standard.

• Field Leadership: Utilize your extensive experience to troubleshoot complex issues on-site without the need for additional training.

• Team Collaboration: Maintain the positive, "team-first" atmosphere the office is known for (yes, there is a basketball hoop in the warehouse for a reason!).

Requirements

• Experience: Approximately 6 years of HVAC experience is preferred. We are looking for a technician who is "ready on day one."

• Certifications: EPA Certification is required. A Mechanical License is a significant plus but not mandatory.

• Technical Skills: A strong mechanical and electrical background is essential.

• Physical Stamina: Comfort working in high temperatures and a fast-paced field environment.

• Drive: A high-energy, self-starting attitude with a focus on quality workmanship.
