The Role
You’ll be assembling precision industrial equipment in a hands-on, detail-driven environment where quality is everything.
This role requires someone who:
- Follows assembly instructions 100% - no shortcuts, no workarounds
- Takes pride in precision and consistency
- Enjoys working with their hands and building things the right way
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble precision machinery using written instructions, drawings, and prints
- Work with small parts using hand tools with a high level of accuracy
- Inspect parts to ensure exact specifications are met
- Operate shop equipment such as drill press, band saw, and belt sander
- Support packaging and shipping of finished products
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Assist with inventory and receiving of materials
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of production or assembly experience, ideally in a precision environment
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions exactly
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, dependable, and takes ownership of their work
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- High School Diploma or GED required
