Job Title: Building & Grounds Housekeeper
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $18/hour

 

Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Building & Grounds Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This role combines indoor office cleaning with light outdoor upkeep, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in their work.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain office spaces, including desks, floors, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces regularly
• Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal
• Maintain cleanliness of entryways, walkways, and shared spaces
• Perform light outdoor duties such as:
• Cleaning pool deck areas
• Using a backpack blower to clear debris from sidewalks and parking areas
• General tidying of exterior grounds
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a neat, organized work environment

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in Florida weather conditions
• Ability to lift, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods
• Experience using basic cleaning equipment and tools (including backpack blower) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic
