Entry-Level Healthcare Recruiter

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a client to hire a motivated, entry-level Recruiter to support hiring across direct care, nursing, and behavioral health roles. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Warm leads are provided, but success in this role requires proactive sourcing and consistent outreach.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other tools
• Work warm leads while building your own candidate pipeline
• Conduct 50–60 calls per day to engage and qualify candidates
• Screen candidates for experience, availability, and fit
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
• Track activity and manage pipelines within internal systems

Qualifications

• ~8+ months of recruiting or sourcing experience preferred
• Experience with Indeed and/or ZipRecruiter
• Comfortable in a high-volume, call-driven environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay goal-oriented
• Education requirements are flexible

Compensation & Incentives

• $23/hour (full-time)
• Uncapped incentives once contractors reach 120 hours worked
