What You’ll Do

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair trailers and related equipment
• Perform routine maintenance (brakes, tires, lighting, structural components)
• Complete welding and fabrication for repairs and custom modifications
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and efficient
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of mechanical repair and welding experience
• Proficiency in MIG and/or stick welding
• Experience with trailers, heavy equipment, or similar machinery preferred
• Must have your own tools
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Dependable with strong attention to detail and safety

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable bending, lifting, climbing, and working in tight or elevated spaces
• Able to work outdoors in Florida conditions (heat, dust, etc.)
• Willing to wear required PPE, including respirators
• Flexibility to work additional hours as needed
