In-Person Customer Service Associate

Pay: $15/hour

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, and more

Shift: 1^st Shift – 9-5 Monday-Thursday 9-4 on Friday

Location: Reading, PA

 

Responsibilities of the In-Person Customer Service Associate:

• Greeting customers that come into the shop
• Calculating and writing invoices
• Taking orders from customers
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the In-Person Customer Service Associate:

• Basic Math Skills
• Professional communication skills – verbal and written
• In-Person customer service experience a plus
