Express Employment Professionals, a top-ranked staffing agency in the Cleveland/Akron area, is growing and looking to add a Recruiting & Marketing Assistant to our team at our brand-new Twinsburg office!

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a mix of recruiting, marketing, and customer service skills.

This would be a Contract to Hire position in our office - Pay range $20-22 / hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client workforce needs
• Conduct candidate sourcing through job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, networking, and community outreach
• Perform high-volume outreach including phone calls, texts, and emails to engage potential candidates
• Screen and assess applicants to match skills and experience with client requirements
• Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews
• Maintain social media presence with job postings and other employment content to build and maintain strong following
• Assist with job fairs, community events, and campus recruiting efforts
• Support front office operations including answering phones and assisting with onboarding
• Provide friendly, professional service to all job seekers and create a positive first impression

Qualifications:

• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and interacting with the public
• Friendly, outgoing, and persuasive personality
• Strong computer skills, including social media platforms and email/text marketing tools
• Ability to multitask, including typing while speaking with candidates
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Customer service mindset with a professional demeanor
