Field Service Technician
Shift: Days 6a-4:30p Mon-Fri
Pay: Field Service Technician
Where: Muncie + travel
Direct Hire

 

Duties:

 

• Perform annual inspections on equipment both at the factory and in the field.
• Travel to customer locations to support warranty repairs and paid service jobs
• Work with customers over the phone or through E-mails to answer questions and offer suggestions to fix problems and put equipment back in service
• Will make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule annual field inspections
• Conduct maintenance reviews and provide maintenance training for some customers

 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience working on mobile hydraulic equipment
• Technical training and ability to read blueprints
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Professional manner and appearance
• Must be willing and able to travel.
