Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily operations in a fast-paced work environment. This position involves a variety of hands-on tasks, assisting team members, and helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient worksite.

The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, and eager to learn and grow within a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and maintenance of work areas
• Safely operate basic hand tools and equipment
• Follow directions from supervisors and team leads to complete tasks efficiently
• Support warehouse, production, or construction operations as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Adhere to all safety standards, company policies, and procedures
• Assist with inventory handling, packing, and shipping when required
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, construction, or manufacturing preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic with reliability and a positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Basic familiarity with tools and equipment is a plus
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more on a regular basis
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Comfortable working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings
