A growing company in New Port Richey is seeking a polished, energetic, and highly organized Front Office Coordinator to serve as the face of the organization. Recent QuickBooks experience is required. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where first impressions matter. We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with people, building relationships, and creating a welcoming experience for every client, customer, and visitor.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and customers in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing exceptional customer service
  • Manage social media accounts and assist with maintaining the company's online presence
  • Process invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks
  • Coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and document management using Microsoft 365
  • Help create a positive and professional experience for clients and visitors at all times

Requirements

  • Recent QuickBooks experience required
  • Professional appearance and demeanor; this is a front-facing role and the first point of contact for the company
  • Outgoing, personable, and customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with clients and visitors
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Social media savvy and comfortable managing business profiles
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Prior receptionist, front desk, customer service, hospitality, retail sales, or administrative experience preferred
